Meet the Staff

Our staff of dedicated individuals and families serve in a variety of ways in the ministry of The Inn. Some have been here for over thirty years while others have newly become part of the family. Because of our numerous roles, it's a little difficult to come up with actual job titles. (You know, a little like life.)

Sally Fesperman, Founder and Ministry Leader
Sally Fesperman and her late husband Jay founded The Inn in the early 1970s. Sally continues to be a pillar of faith among our staff (as well as virtually everyone who sets foot on the property). She is active in mentoring, intercession and personal ministry, both here and around the world. And while she may be the more senior person on our staff, she still charges up the infamous "hill" four times daily with more vigor than many of the youth (ok, staff too).

Larry and Susan Pons, Directors and Ministry Leaders
Larry and Susan first came to The Inn in 1980. After several years Larry transitioned to become the Director of the ministry where he is involved not only in daily operations but also in teaching and personal ministry.

Susan has served as Director's wife, ministry assistant, counselor, party-planner, teacher and in more roles than can be listed. She is known for her superb singing ability, her passion for America and her welcoming hospitality.

Del Likens, Administrator
Before there were Dell computers there was Del. He was the original "human computer" handling detailed paperwork, administrative responsibilities and accounting. It has been said of Del that he is extraordinary in his degree of financial integrity. Currently Del continues to help with drafting, administrative paperwork and other roles vital to the functioning of The Inn. He is a faithful worker and an important part of this ministry.

Melissa Lee, Ministry Coordinator, Children's Ministry
Melissa comes to us from England and has an incredible gifting and love for children. Over the course of more than a decade of ministry at CTCI, she has never used the same message illustration twice. Melissa also has a desire to help others in their ministry to children. She is known for her love for children, her unending creativity and her affinity for a good pratical joke.

Burket Farrell, Maintenance Coordinator
Burket is the one primarily responsible for holding it all together. If he can't fix it, he can build it. He has extraordinary giftings in the area of mechanical and practical inclination. Yet even beyond this, he is a great example of making godly choices. No matter the circumstances, whenever asked how he is Burket responds, "Blessed up one side and down the other!"

Tracy Collins, Secretary, Bookkeeper, Logistics Coordinator
Tracy is the daughter of The Inn founders Jay and Sally Fesperman. She has served here faithfully for more than a decade. Her secretarial skills and her attention to detail have earned her the reputation of being as skilled as any FBI agent. She is known for her diligent work ethic and her extraordinary French toast.
